Vienna: Chocolate workshop in the ‘Chocolate Museum’.

We got creative with the hot cocoa recipe using their special cocoa, milk, brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon and chili. Stirring it all up with an adorable old-fashioned whisk was a treat in itself! (refer to the gallery/Journal for clips)

Then came the fun part - exploring white, milk, and dark chocolate with heaps of yummy toppings. We even learned about different cocoa beans and the delicate art of chocolate making. After choosing and decorating our favorite chocolate, we froze it and got to take it home but not after proudly receiving a chocolate certificate. Does that make us a chocolatier now, who knows?

But the real highlight? Making not one, but three chocolate bars! It was way more impressive than I expected. You also get to check out a cute little chocolate museum afterwards (even if it was tiny, it made for some adorable photo ops!).
