Arome Bakery- Covent Garden.

Whatever it is they say about this place, listen to them! They are right.

Arome Bakery in Covent Garden closes around 4/5 PM as it operates as a café. It gets quite busy during lunchtime, and since the Covent Garden store is small, indoor seating is limited. However, there is plenty of outdoor seating available in the surrounding area.

Located in a narrow street corridor, the bakery is almost hidden, and the exterior resembles a gallery. One of my favorite aspects is watching the bakers at work and seeing the freshly baked goods come out. The aroma fills the air, making it feel like you can almost taste it.

Get their honey French toast, this is best served with any hot drink. Packed of course, as it's very popular. Go by 3.30 pm at least for a variety of baked goods as it runs out due to it closing around 5 pm.

I had the sausage croissant 🥐 and the honey French toast 🍞 which was so worth it! Crunchy on the outside due to it being coated and glazed with honey, the warmth, sweetness, crunchiness, and soft/ airy inside combination, made for a great “do not disturb me I am having a moment” time.
