POLLEN.

Kampus Cafe:

**Neapolitan Cookie:** This thick, dense cookie comes with a fork, though it’s perfectly manageable with your hands. It features three distinct flavours—strawberry/red velvet, white chocolate, and classic chocolate. It's quite filling and delicious.

**Cinnamon Morning Bun:** Coated in cinnamon sugar and beautifully woven dough, this bun is generously portioned and satisfying. Highly recommended.

**Hot Chocolate:** Rich and flavorful, it stands out for its deep cocoa taste, which is a delightful departure from your usual sweet hot chocolate.

ANCOATS - Cotton Field Wharf

**Croissant Butter Blondie:** Crunchy on the top with a dense, thick interior. While the exterior was a bit too flaky and dry for my taste, it wasn’t overly sweet, and I appreciated its texture.

**Seasonal Danish:** While I appreciate the effort to step out of my comfort zone, I wasn’t a fan due to my personal preference for less fruit and cream in pastries. But I’m glad I tried it.

Final note…

favourite spot is Cotton Field Wharf. Nestled by the canal, it offers a cool, youthful vibe and feels like a hidden gem. It’s always bustling, but there are outdoor seats available. In warmer weather, you might have to wait for a table, but it’s worth it. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the pastries are exceptional without being overly expensive.

Overall, Pollen Kampus provides a fantastic experience with top-notch pastries and good value for money. Pollen is an absolutely charming spot with a delightful ceramic mug design that I adore, despite its handleless style. It’s quickly becoming one of my favourite bakeries in Manchester.
