ᴾʰᵒ ᶜᵘᵉ (ⱽⁱᵉᵗⁿᵃᵐᵉˢᵉ ᴿᵉˢᵗᵃᵘʳᵃⁿᵗ) - ᴹᵃⁿᶜʰᵉˢᵗᵉʳ

Welcome to my Manchester adventures! First on my culinary journey was PHO CUE, a spot with a name as witty as it is delicious.

**Menu Highlights:**

- House-Made Peach Tea

- Apple Juice

- Marinated Tender Beef Pho

- Sweet & Spicy Glazed Pork Ribs

**Pricing:** The dishes are incredibly affordable and offer great value for the quality you receive.

**Staff:** The service here is exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly; one even offered to take a photo for me after noticing my friend struggling to get the shot.

**Service:** Impressive speed! We didn’t make a reservation and expected a wait, but the service was quick and efficient. I was genuinely impressed.

**Favorite Dish:** The beef pho stood out, with a broth that reminded me of Nigerian goat meat pepper soup. The portions are generous, so come hungry to enjoy the meal. The combination of beef, broth, noodles, chopped chilli, and sauce is a true delight.

**Additional Notes:** PHO CUE operates with two openings each day; we visited during the second opening around 6 PM. I’ve been here before and tried their bun sandwich, which was good but not my favourite, possibly due to the abundance of vegetables. Next time, I plan to customize it to my taste.

This gem is nestled in Chinatown among many other Asian restaurants. Note that it’s closed on Wednesdays, so plan accordingly.

I visit PHO CUE every time I’m in Manchester, thanks to a friend’s recommendation, and now I’m enthusiastically recommending it to others!
